The story of Orsajo begins in 2008, in the heart of a family home.

Passionate about property, the Valliccionis set up a company to build a housing estate not far from their home. The company was named after a small stream flowing nearby: Orsajo. It was the beginning of our close relationship with the natural world around us.

At the end of 2014, Orsajo launched its first property development project: PALAZZU SULANU. As with every kick-off, we are learning lessons for the future. In fact, it was at this point that we decided to manage the construction work in-house to ensure the quality of the work was maintained. Be that as it may, the PALAZZU project has been a success. This beautiful 45-unit residence is still our showcase today.

Since then, the company has diversified. Several other talents have joined the adventure begun by the Orsajo Group. But family values remain at the heart of our business. Just like the flora around us, we know the importance of roots for growth.

Our ambition is simple: to participate in the development of responsible buildings where life is good. So, in partnership with local authorities, we’re building beautiful, sustainable homes.
